As a long time admirer of Ernest Hemingway, ever since the required reading in high school of "For Whom the Bell Tolls", I was delighted to read such a wonderful piece in a recent Vanity Fair. Hemingway, with his raw talent, bravado and devil-may-care attitude, always fascinated me and proved a solid inspiration. He spent many years living in Cuba and much of his letters, manuscripts and personal items, have been preserved in the house he had resided in. The following article documents the researchers who diligently pursued cataloging and bringing to light a great treasure trove of a literary giant.
